Our architecture implements zero-trust patient data shielding. When you start an ambient recording or paste case notes, all patient names, dates of birth, mobile numbers, and National Health Index (NHI) identifiers are redacted on your local device. Only anonymized clinical markers are transmitted to our secure cloud nodes. The generated documents are returned to your browser and re-identified locally, ensuring that cleartext patient records never reside on third-party servers.
