By subscribing to or using the DocReport KSA platform, you ("Subscriber", "Practice", "Clinic", or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using our services immediately.

3. B2B Professional Use Only
The Service is a professional clinical AI documentation, billing support, and claims denials copilot tool. It is designed strictly for licensed medical professionals, clinics, hospitals, and medical billing coordinators in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It is not intended for consumers or direct patient diagnostic use.
4. Clinical & Compliance Responsibilities
- Medical Accuracy: The Subscriber assumes full responsibility for checking and validating all AI-generated medical reports, transcripts, Nafis HL7/FHIR payloads, and appeal letters before submitting them to official registries or insurance payers. We do not practice medicine or make clinical diagnoses.
- Data Protection (PDPL): Practices must ensure that they activate local client-side Zero-Trust safeguards and secure their practice cryptographic keys. The clinic is responsible for keeping local device credentials and browser keys confidential.
5. Fees, Subscriptions & Refunds
DocReport KSA operates on a subscription model billed monthly or annually in Saudi Riyal (SAR). Fees are non-refundable except where explicitly stated or required by applicable consumer protections.
